Before joining School Leader Lab as its Executive Assistant, Sarah served as CEO of Michigan Pet Alliance and spent over 20 years in public education, leading large-scale data initiatives and professional learning for school systems in Michigan. She is known for her meticulous organization, calm problem-solving, and commitment to advancing mission-driven, equity-centered work so that people and programs can thrive. Sarah lives in Michigan with her husband, three kids, and six rescue cats.
