Mo Simmons Varner brings her passion for helping small businesses and non-profit organizations grow—the most vital drivers of community impact—to School Leader Lab. Her dream is that all leaders find clarity in their day-to-day operations and the scaling tools necessary to grow their organizations to their fullest potential. Previously an AP Computer Science and Entrepreneurship educator, Mo holds an undergraduate and Master’s degree from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. She lives in North Carolina with her husband (her childhood friend), their three children, and a large extended family she holds close to her heart.
