Matt Bosch
Head of Strategy & Operations, Walton EnterprisesMatt Bosch is Head of Strategy & Operations for Walton Enterprises, which serves the philanthropic, and business endeavors of the Walton family. In this role, he supports strategic planning and operational improvements across Walton as well as the Walton family’s personal and collaborative philanthropic efforts.
Prior to this role, Matt was a Principal at Boston Consulting Group where he was a leader in the Education and Social Impact practice areas. He led projects related to strategy development, organizational design, impact measurement, and technology implementation for a wide variety of public, private, and social sector organizations – including Teach For All, UNICEF, the Walton Family Foundation, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Department of Commerce.
Matt started his career as a teacher and school leader in public and public charter schools, where he was a founding team member of KIPP DC WILL Academy in Washington, D.C. He also spent 6 years leading strategy and data analysis programming for the KIPP Foundation. Matt received his MBA from the Yale School of Management and his BA magna cum laude from Harvard College.
