Kelly is a seasoned education leader and nonprofit executive who currently serves as a Senior Advisor at EdFuel a talent development organization in Washington, D.C. During her decade long tenure at EdFuel, Kelly played key roles in driving organizational growth. As the Managing Partner (CEO) from January 2018 to July 2023, she quadrupled EdFuel’s size, led strategic guidance, and oversaw business development and fundraising.

In her earlier role as Director of Programs, Kelly strengthened EdFuel’s programmatic model and built relationships with senior-level leaders. As an Education Program Specialist at the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools, she ensured academic quality for 155,000+ students through monitoring and evaluation systems.

Kelly’s education journey began with Teach For America, where she served as a Teacher Leadership Development Fellow and Manager. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Stanford University and a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from American University.
