Jennifer’s work has always been rooted in the belief that strong school leaders can transform what is possible for students, teachers, and communities. She has spent more than 20 years in education working to strengthen schools, develop leaders, and improve student outcomes. Jennifer began her career as a Teach For America corps member in Atlanta Public Schools and has since served as a teacher, instructional coach, principal, Chief Academic Officer, and independent consultant. As a proud School Leader Lab alum, Jennifer knows firsthand how powerful it can be for leaders to have space to reflect, grow, and lead in alignment with who they are. Jennifer lives in Maryland with her husband, who is her college sweetheart, and their three children.
