Ijeoma joins SLL with over 20 years of experience in education serving as a teacher, school leader, and instructional leadership coach in DC, Prince Georges County, and Baltimore City. She is passionate about serving underrepresented and marginalized communities and finds joy in helping school leaders create sustainable systems that lead to improved outcomes for students, teachers, and families. Ijeoma has an undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master’s Degree from Johns Hopkins University. Outside of work, Ijeoma enjoys spending time with her five amazing children and loving family.
