Catalan works with School Leader Lab to develop new strategic partnerships and funding. A former middle school English teacher, she is passionate about education, social justice, and initiatives that improve the lives of children and youth, families, and communities. Catalan particularly enjoys helping organizations strengthen their internal capacity, grow their programs, and maximize their overall impact.
