School Leader Lab Announces The Leaders of Our Newest Cohort Offering, Leading Change

July 09, 2026

We’re thrilled to announce, in partnership with DCPS, our newest cohort, Leading Change, welcoming 16 exceptional DCPS leaders. They’re joining the vibrant School Leader Lab community, all working to create inclusive, high-performing learning environments where every student can thrive.

This ten-month, cohort-based program provides targeted leadership support for principals and their co-leads as they pursue school improvement goals. The program combines individual coaching with cohort sessions designed to help them define the key leadership moves that will accelerate schoolwide progress. Throughout the program, leaders will gain the expertise to:

  • Strengthen their change management approach through application to real implementation challenges.
