In partnership with Richmond Public Schools (RPS), School Leader Lab is pleased to announce a new cohort of the highly selective RPS LEAD cohort. These 15 individuals join the growing SLL community, which is designed to support school leaders in creating inclusive, high-performing learning environments that foster growth and excellence for all students.
RPS LEAD is a twelve-month, cohort-based program that empowers principals and assistant principals to honor the genius of every student by setting conditions that maximize growth and belonging for students and staff.
