In partnership with Teach for America D.C. and Virginia, School Leader Lab is pleased to announce a new cohort of the highly selective DC Principal Professional Learning Community (DC PLC). These 16 principals join the ever-growing SLL community, which is designed to support school leaders in creating inclusive, high-performing learning environments that foster growth and excellence for all students.
This professional learning community, comprising charter and district principals, meets monthly to observe best practices, grow together, and reflect on next steps for their leadership.
Throughout this experience, leaders will:
- build connections with one another to sustain and thrive in their roles.
- refine existing practices and consider new approaches through curated school visits and collaboration with a broad and diverse set of colleagues.
