DeltaStrong: PLC for Principals with TFA Delta
The Greater Delta has a rich and powerful history. It is full of brilliant students, strong families, vibrant communities, and leaders with ambitious visions. In partnership with Teach for America (TFA), School Leader Lab is honored to convene school leaders to learn together through school walkthroughs, fellowship, and rich, genuine dialogue.
By the end of the PLC, participants will:
- Build connections with one another to sustain and thrive in their roles.
- Name best practices to bring to their schools.
- Refine their own practices in service of their school goals.
Includes:
- Four full-day in-person sessions
- 15 SEMI credits and 1 OSL credit approved
- School visits and observation rounds
- Practice-based, collaborative learning
- Hotel accommodations the evening before each session
- A community of leaders throughout Mississippi and Arkansas
