Principal PLC with TFA DC and Virginia:

The principalship is lonely, but it doesn’t need to be! This professional learning community of charter and district principals meets for monthly sessions to observe best practices, grow together and reflect on next steps for their leadership.

Over the course of this experience, leaders will:

Build connections with one another to sustain and thrive in their roles.
Participate in school site visits focused on emerging practices for feedback and improvement, both for the host school and the observing leaders.

Who?

The program is open to principals, assistant principals who plan to be in a principal role within two years, and senior leaders of smaller districts/networks.

How Much?

Due to the generous support of our gracious funders, this PLC is tuition-free. We ask all of our participants to commit fully to the program and attend every session.
