RPS LEAD

In partnership with Richmond Public Schools, School Leader Lab supports RPS LEAD, a yearlong leadership development experience for assistant principals and newly appointed principals. The program is designed to strengthen leadership retention, deepen capacity to lead instructional excellence, and build collaborative networks across the district.

Format
Eight full-day Learning Labs in Richmond and monthly virtual Coaching Pods.

  • Deepen emotional intelligence and cultural awareness

Assistant principals and recently appointed principals (years 1–3) in Richmond Public Schools

How Much?

Due to the generous support of our gracious funders, RPS LEAD is tuition-free. We ask all of our participants to commit fully to the program and attend every session.
