Principal Collective

The Principal Collective focuses on the power of principals across DC, leading district and charter schools to highlight best practices and inspire change. This year’s collective will explore the evolving landscape of artificial intelligence in the schools. In community, principals will investigate both the possibilities and the challenges that AI presents for themselves, their leadership teams, staff, and students.

Throughout this experience, principals will: 

• build connections with one another to sustain and thrive in their roles. 
• develop greater readiness for AI integration in schools, including its responsible use and implications for advancing equity. 
• refine existing practices and consider new approaches through curated school visits and collaboration with a broad and diverse set of colleagues.
